BE A MIRACLE: This program offers tools for transformation to youth and adults who are ready to create change and contribute to themselves and their world in a powerful, positive way. We teach strategies to become active participants in discovering and living our purpose. Outcomes include personal purpose and goal-setting, leadership cultivation and the promotion of service to others and contribution to the world outside of ourselves.

CYCLE-BREAKERS: This program offers ANYONE the insight and awareness to break the unhealthy cycles that have been in place for days, weeks, months, years, generations. The Cycle-Breakers project induces deep, long-lasting life changes through creative self-expression, dynamic emotional release, purposeful movement and the conscious creation of healthy behavior patterns.

OTHER PROGRAMS:

• JOURNEY YOGA: This unique form of yoga combines the power of story-telling with classic Hatha yoga poses. Story/Journey yoga takes participants on a unique journey of understanding and strength as they learn how to tap into their inner power and core strength not only for the physical yoga experience, but also for their own unique life experience.
  
  
• RESTORING CHOICES: This youth run program provides venues for entertainment for teens, by teens. Restoring choices provides opportunities for teens to plan, organize and implement dance, art and music events for their peers. Teens have the opportunity to showcase their talents and creativity to the community. The Restoring Choices events give the community a fresh look at the amazing creative power in our youth.
  
  
• RISE UP!: A transformative workshop that inspires youth to work together, break down walls of cultural separation and embrace diversity. This program cultivates “emotional immunity” – no longer being vulnerable to the opinions of others, cliques, criticism, peer pressure and the like- while expanding on participants’ cultural creativity through understanding and appreciation of diversity.
